3. When will my order ship?
- Ready-to-Ship Items: All art ships within 2-3 days of purchase.
- Commissioned Projects: The timeline depends on the complexity of the piece. Email jenscribblesny@gmail.com to arrange a completion schedule.
4. Where do you ship to?
I ship both domestically within the U.S. and internationally. Additional customs fees may apply for international orders.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
- Customized or commissioned items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
