  • Ready-to-Ship Items: All art ships within 2-3 days of purchase.
  • Commissioned Projects: The timeline depends on the complexity of the piece. Email jenscribblesny@gmail.com to arrange a completion schedule.

I ship both domestically within the U.S. and internationally. Additional customs fees may apply for international orders.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
  • Customized or commissioned items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
